Wednesday 29 July

We had a good walk around the Big Lodge and Rucks this morning.
The Common Fleabane was in flower - another one that was once used to keep fleas and other insects at bay.
There is quite a big patch.
Saw plenty of Hazel Nuts - I am beginning to be hopeful we might get some to save for Christmas.
Oak Apple Gall
Bittersweet growing at the side of the Big Lodge.
Almost beside it I spotted Water Forgetmenot, I am looking at the photo and think that the dock at the bottom could be Clustered I will have to find it and have a good look.
Just peeping through.
Had a good walk, plenty of people around the lodges.
