Dry morning, we wandered down Dry Bones with Sue and the tribe.
Sue spotted this which was well over 5 foot tall - we wondered how we could have missed it on other visits.
Elecampane - Inula helenium - it is also called Horse Heal it was and is still a well used herb.
A stunning plant
Elecampane - Inula helenium - the leaves are large as you can see by comparing them with the nettle leaves.
