We set off on what looked like a promising morning, the sun was already warming the way. Met George with Tinker on his way to the lodges, we found Debbie & Dawnie waiting for us at the bridge.
We did our usual detour to the Barrow Field - they have started a new big hole nearer the houses and road, we could not get near as they were working, things must be picking up. Same big mound of earth and fenced off, as you can see the sun was almost blinding and causing purple houses :).jpg)
Devil's Bit Scabious is already going to seed.
Quite a few people about when we got back to the lodges.
