Friday 22 February

We were at Rivington again, this time to Tigers Clough its' real name is Shaws Wood - there are no Tigers and the name comes from over 100 years ago when there was a bleach works and coal mine down there - there was also an Ale House and  the landlord had a sign painted with two Tigers Heads on it from then on it has always been Tigers Clough.

On our way up the path this Llama thought it knew us and once it realized its' mistake gave us the most withering look.
Tigers Clough Waterfall - not had enough rain for a spectacular show!!

 Icicles on the valley side
The area was quiet and we only saw a couple of folk.
The water looked really clean, which is good.

Take Care
