A layer of snow overnight, just enough to cause a nuisance, Arnold took Meg this morning, I had a doctors appointment made almost a month ago, trust me to get a day like this, I walked the mile to the surgery, lots of people had cancelled so the surgery was glad to see me, I was soon on my way home.

Snow makes everything look crisp and clean.

This is the Royal Scot pub, it is no longer open not enough custom, so it is boarded up, we wonder what will happen to it.
