Dry again

 Common Dog Voilet - Viola riviniana another of our wild flowers 

This is in the Village community centre garden near the library, the tree is a twig at the moment, it's certain I won't see it with acorns.

    I think that violet is only European. Very much like our Viola sororia

    It is our commonest, has no scent - our sweet violet is the rarer scented one and comes in white.
