Still at Knott End on Sea and the weather is good

 Common Restharrow - Ononis repens

 Red Valerian - Centranthus ruber

Lots of Sea Potato on the tide line this morning, these still have their spiny coats and remind me of hedgehogs, perhaps we should rename them sea hogs :)
