Tuesday 1 July

Glorious July

Common Knapweed  - Centaurea nigra this is all over my back garden.

 Currant Gall on Oak

Can you see the tiny green bug not got an ID yet only spotted it when I was editing my photos, looks like a very tiny cricket

This is to commemorate all the lives lost in war - it is in the village Memorial Gardens

The scent told us the Mock-orange - Philadelphus coronarius was in flower

I took this photo on the Primrose Hill side of Spring Wood - the Roe Deer from Friday's blog must have been stood around this spot, no sign of them today.
Weird and wonderful shapes that trees take.
 Tutsan - Hypericum androsaemum
Steps at the Weir viewing platform.
The weir certainly speeds the river up.
Locked Gate at the weir.
The very well used village hall.
