Friday 5 June

A glorious morning, always glad to get the camera out when the weather allows me to.

Hawthorne flowers have done their work and now for the berries.
Beech Mast
Broad-leaved Willowherb
Bush Vetch
Cow Parsley seeds.
Buttercups & Lesser Stitchwort.
Our Magpie, always comes to the post for a few seeds.
Meadow Cranesbill
Sycamore Seeds - We always called them spinning jennies, no wonder there are so many Sycamores - always had some in our pockets to skim and fly as kids.
This is our tree heron, it has been here for over a week now, the dogs have played with it in the past - this is quite a large branch, 80% of it is hidden in the grass. I am sure it will move on soon so I thought it would like to be on the blog.
