Mild & dry, we had a good walk and on the way back we managed to see a Woodpecker, we hear them all over the woods but they are almost impossible to see, this one was on one of the trees next to the river.
We have been informed it is a male Great Spotted Woodpecker, he stayed around for a while..JPG)
I just wish I had my large camera, but at least I had a camera with me..JPG)
A lady stopped wondering what we were looking at, when we pointed him out she was fascinated and stayed after we had gone on..JPG)
