What a morning, we set off even though it had rained non stop for hours, it never stopped for a moment.

We did not see a soul - even the birds were giving it a miss.

We did the walk very quickly did not linger and soon headed for home to wash a very wet and dirty Meg, had to hang all our out door clothing under the carport to drip, it took all day.

This was Sunny Brow - it looks like a river running to the bridge, there is a gully blocked at the gate and the water is eroding the path away.

Glad to get home and have our breakfast. It was good to be home and warm. It did not stop raining till the afternoon and even now it keeps trying.

Lets hope it is a bit dryer tomorrow.
