It was raining this morning - we soon found Sue and the tribe.
The camera would have stayed in the bag but Sue spotted the deer, I do not know how because they were a good way off and of course blended in so well, it took me ages to pick this one out - I tried to get nearer but she was watching us.
I am only guessing at her being a doe as we thought it a stag while we were watching due to its size.
When I looked at the photos after I could not make out any antlers.
After googling found out that Roe Deer stags do not shed them till late October.
As I approached she moved on with two other smaller ones.
Take Care.
Nice to see some deer other than the silly whitetails!
