Thursday 14 October

Dry morning, we were on our own.

We had a good walk.

No one has picked the sloes on the Blackthorn - Prunus spinosa, I thought some one would be making Sloe Gin this year.

Fungi - mini puff balls.

 Another one on the stump.

One Heron on the Top Lodge.

Another on the Big Lodge.

Moorhens getting very brave.

    Oh wow! I never thought about moorhens being real. They were just birds in books!
