Up through the rucks on our way home, I like this way home as it is a gentle steady climb out of the valley and I can look at all the trees and plants that have been planted or just appeared over the years, some of the trees have become old friends and lots of the plants have spread, some have disappeared - the Himalayan Balsam has thrived and needs to be brought under control if that's possible.
Path down to the lodges
Paths that lead home
Muddy one for Meg
Muddy one for us
The one we use the most, soon be home.
