We are having a lot of wet weather, we are not too bad but Cumbria has been flooded and some lives have been lost. Let's hope the weather picks up and allows the flood victims to get their homes and family back to some some order.

The rivers around here are all swollen.

We have been keeping the dogs away as they love the water.

Our Robin came this morning, very timid, not like our old Charlie Robin who always pestered us for food.

They are usually such outgoing and cheeky birds - we will be patient and see if we win a new friend.
Raining all the way but the walk was enjoyable.
One topic discussed were our wellington boots - how we will be needing new ones, none of us has worn our walking boots much this year.
