Griff the lonely duck still pining for Micky who we hoped would be joining him on a private pond but the RSPCA seemed to have forgot about visiting the pond and answering queries.

Seems the crowd is growing, I will soon stop feeding as the weather picks up and more people come in the good weather.

Just below freezing this morning, the wildfowl are still in the small area of water for feeding.

This is the back of the Top Lodge, it has been dredged recently - this was the original Mill Race Channel.

Top Lodge from the main path, the Mill Race is beyond the reed bed.

Weather still okay, we are being promised a good summer, I have not got my shorts out yet :)
