Friday 13 September

No photos from our damp morning walk, managed a few at home.

 Common Carder Bee on my Devil's Bit Scabious
Believe it or not this is Garden Parsley - Petroselinum crispum - not often seen at this stage in seed.
 Garden Parsley - Petroselinum crispum again showing the tiny green/yellow flowers.
 Heather - Calluna vulgaris another one that has made it's self at home it's growing in most of my pots.
 Heather - Calluna vulgaris this is our most common heather also known as Ling.
Pears are ready and quite a good crop.

Sunday 22 April part three

Fruit,Trees, Bees & Sticks

 Apple - Malus sp.

 Pear Tree in garden

 Solitary Bee - Andrena sp.
 A Stick Handle I am making - it is cow horn the spacer is buffalo horn 
The piece of wood which is lime will be cut and shaped for the top
