We met up with Dawnie and Sue.

Sue had already seen a weasel near the weir, plus the frogs were gathering again on the pond field, it seems such a waste to see all that effort and no water, just the heron having easy pickings.

Dipper on the river.

It was gathering nest material.

Seemed to be washing it in the river.

Then off it went.

Homeward bound.
