Rain once again greeted us on our walk, thankfully it cleared

Damp & mild this morning, we had a good walk

 Arnold & George heading home - I am just beginning to notice Meg and how she has slowed down, she is still fit but now a days she is quite happy to stay with us more, then we must say she is 11yrs plus so what is an old lady in our eyes.

 This is another of the old Ash trees, it is at the top of Primrose Hill

This was the tiniest Grey Squirrel it was frozen for a good few seconds, must have been one of this years young.

Dry and the wind has brought a lot of old branches down. Weather has forecast more wind & rain.

 This is behind the Top Lodge, the cottages would have been behind me and I think the forge stood beyond the old fence.

 Male Blackbird- he has a damaged or deformed wing so we know him quite well, he has no problem flying and fighting his corner, we think he has been like this from birth as he copes so well.

Wednesday 5 February

Another good morning we stayed dry, we did not venture far as I slipped in the back garden yesterday, my knee is slightly swollen and I pulled my shoulder which is quite painful - I feel a lot better this morning so we are sticking to the paths, amazing I am up and down when on our walks and I go and slip at home. Got to be thankful that I did not break anything.
