 Russian Comfrey - Symphytum x uplandicum this is the most common comfrey in the park, still good for those aches and pains.

 Looks like the swans are having a bit of a domestic, there are 4 cygnets around somewhere.

 Leg ring on a male swan that has arrived with a female, he came out of the water with an attitude -

 Billy Swan will have a struggle to shift this one if he doesn't want to go

He was ringed as an adult on 3 sisters at Wigan in 2008 info from Wes Halton

 Hard Fern - Blechnum spicant - only this one plant in the area, we keep looking for others.
